Artist's Statment

Imagine the activity in the human brain. The involuntary operations that carry us along, every day and night.

Our very thinking (to most of us painless) is an exciting mystery. The electrical impulses and the energy never seen by our eyes.

When I look at my environment, I like to see below the surface. A person quietly reading may seem very still, however, below the calm is incredible motion. Blood surging, memories starting, and the closer we look, the faster things happen. On an atomic level, nothing sits still. Quantum Physics is very inspiring to me.

Colour is interpreted by humans in a very emotional way. The viewer brings his/her own world to a painting. Because of this, my art changes every time it's viewed.

The motion, detail, and colour in my work is intended to encourage the viewer to use his/her imagination and consider the divine universe that we're all in.
